Shivani holds a Double Master’s Degree—one in Business Administration (MBA) and another in Information Technology (MTech- IT). This unique combination of qualifications gives her a well-rounded understanding of both business dynamics and the technical intricacies of the industry, enabling her to effectively navigate the complexities of sales and service solutions for clients.

With over 15 years of experience in the service field across India, Shubham Kalia brings a wealth of expertise to KK Calibration & Services. As the Head of Service, Shubham oversees all service operations, ensuring that every client receives top-notch support and solutions.

Shubham’s background in Electrical Engineering forms the foundation of his deep understanding of complex systems and instruments. His hands-on experience spans across the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of a wide range of analytical and industrial instruments, including Online TOC Analyzers, Temperature/RH Validators, Dissolution Systems, and many others. This diverse experience allows him to quickly identify issues and provide reliable, efficient solutions that minimize downtime and maximize performance.

Having worked across various industries in India, Shubham is well-versed in the challenges faced by clients and knows how to navigate them to deliver the best results.
